Refunds, Returns And Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in it's original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Please note custom orders cannot be returned.

In the event that your order arrives damaged at all, please email us as soon as possible at hello@sillybadgerdesigns.com with you name, order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case by case basis and will try our best to work out a solution.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads
