Shipping Policy

Please note all orders made between December 27th to January 4th will be posted out on January 5th when we're back in the new year.

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. You will receive an email within 2-3 business days to let you know once your order is on the way!

Please choose your preferred choice of Postage at the checkout.

Royal Mail 2nd Class  2 - 4 days delivery estimate.

Royal Mail 1st Class  1 - 2 days delivery estimate.

Royal Mail Tracked 48  2 - 4 days delivery estimate with tracking.

Royal Mail Tracked 24  1 - 2 days delivery estimate with tracking.

Orders over £10 will be eligible for Free Royal Mail 2nd Class post and orders over £20 will be eligible for Free Royal Mail 1st Class Post.

(Please note Royal Mail are currently in the process of changing 2nd class delivery meaning it could take a bit longer than normal for them to arrive. For more information on these changes look here.)

You can upgrade your postage at the checkout for faster delivery or tracked/signed for delivery.

At this time, due to new rules and regulations I am currently unable to ship outside of the UK or to Northern Ireland.

In the event that your order hasn't arrived in the delivery time stated please get in touch with us at hello@sillybadgerdesigns.com or use the contact form giving your order number and name and we will look in to it and try our best to work towards a solution.
